RETURN FLOW This impeder is used for critical applications
which demand the internal tube surface to remain dry.
The liquid injected through the tube spreads around
the ferrite and is then expelled by an exit tube.
THROUGH FLOW This impeder is entirely assembled using
a grooved ferrite in order to promote surface expansion,
thus intensifying cooling and enhancing lifespan.
Such impeders are mechanically resistent and rigid.
THROUGH FLOW - EXPOSED FERRITE This impeder is assembled in such a way that
the protection cap does not cover the entire ferrite
length. Leaving the top exposed results in higher
operational efficiency. This model allows larger diameters
to be assembled as well as a thorough removal of dirty
particles accumulated into the welding area by cooling
liquids.
CLUSTER OR MODULAR This impeder is assembled with a number of
small diameter ferrites. This application is an alternative
for the use of large ferrite diameters which permits
a damage-free segment replacement and maintenance.
INTEGRAL MANDREL This impeder is assembled on a rigid metal
bar by using an impeder screwed on both sides. The
metal bar is wrapped by ferrite material. The metal
bar provides a strong connection by means of the impeders,
allowing secondary feroperations such as Intenal Scarfing
and Internal Rolling.
